I provide professional counselling services. I am qualified in Integrative REBT / CBT from the College of Cognitive Behaviour Therapies, London and accredited member of the National Counselling Society.
I practice integrative Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (REBT / CBT). This enables me to draw on different approaches (e.g breathwork coaching, mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment therapy) to suit your journey. REBT is a goal focused and short term therapy.

Providing a non judgmental safe and compassionate place to explore, the objective of the psychotherapy is to guide you to explore, understand, challenge and progressively change how you think and thus how you feel about negative situations, yourself, others, or the world. Although the past is important, we focus mostly on the present to understand what maintains the problem you experience.
