Are you feeling stressed, angry, anxious or low? From personal life events to global environmental and social issues, we all may feel overwhelmed or stuck at times when some compassion and support can help us move forward. Taking steps to care for your psychological well being is key to being more resilient, make better choices, and most of all embrace and enjoy what today brings.
I believe that we all have inner resources to help us cope better when faced with challenges whether big or small, in our daily lives or at work, in the short and long term. As a psychotherapist, my role is to help you to uncover and strengthen these resources by providing a warm, compassionate and collaborative space to explore what is happening for you and support you create the change you would like to see. Therapy is a journey we take together, focused on your goals.​

My approach is integrative. This means that I draw on several goal-focused cognitive behavioural therapies (especially Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy/REBT/CBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy -ACT), other therapies as well as on mindfulness and breathwork, adapting the approach suit your needs.
Therapy sessions offer a safe space to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviour that may be unhelpful or limiting. Together, we identify these patterns and develop a way forward.
Breathwork has been deeply transformative in my own life and in my work with clients. When appropriate, I weave simple breathing practices into sessions to enhance awareness about body-mind connection, encourage self regulation, and provide a sense of empowerment.
I also offer dedicated breathwork coaching sessions for those who want to deepen this practice.
